Strength: Barbell Back Rack Lunge (10-10-10)
Let’s change it up a bit from all of the squatting of late. Today, we are going to do a back rack lunge! We will build from moderate to moderate-heavy and finish with a heavy weight. These lunges will be reverse lunges, alternating legs each rep for 10 total reps. The bar will come from the rack. Let’s talk before we start, too!!
