So, you are interested, but just not sure how or where to begin. Starting a new workout program can be an exciting, yet scary endeavor so we welcome everyone and take some time to show you the equipment, talk a little bit about all of the acronyms used in CrossFit and get you exposed to a workout (called a WOD for Workout of the Day). We encourage you to ask as many questions as possible so you understand the aim of CrossFit. You will most likely do a scaled down workout for your first few times to introduce you to this new program, depending on your fitness level.
