Strength: Tempo Back Squat (3-3-3-3-3)
Let’s start the week off right with a little bit of back squat. This week will be similar to last week in that we will be following a ‘tempo back squat’ approach for our five sets of work. The volume has gone down from last week; we only have sets of three reps today, the tempo will also decrease this week from the :03 of last week to :02 today, and the mandated rest between each set will remain the same
As always, the percentages for each set will be on the whiteboard and we will briefly chat before we go!!
