Strength: Back Squat (8-6)

We are moving onto week two of our current cycle. The great news is that the volume will fall off slightly from last week. As that volume decreases, the percentages will continue to creep up. However, week two and week three are what I would consider ‘wheelhouse’ weeks based in the rep scheme for all of us.

As usual, percentages will be listed on the whiteboard for each set. As a reminder, please use your actual 1 RM for all calculations.
