STRENGTH: TALL SNATCH PULL + HANG (Squat) SNATCH

Let’s shift our focus to the Squat Snatch! Today, we will start off easy with a drill we have/will be using with the snatch. Let’s talk about the points of performance, body positions and ‘pulls’ for the snatch. Then, we will warm-up with our good ol’ friend the PVC pipe before we go. Take 15 M to work up to a heavy single for this ‘complex.’ It’s been awhile, so just see where you end up!
