STRENGTH: SNATCH BALANCE -OR- OVERHEAD SQUAT

We spent a short amount of time last week learning the basics of the snatch balance, so I thought today we could spend a little more time with the movement and weight. This movement is great for all of us needing to build confidence and skill in the bottom of the snatch. We will go over the movements and points of performance before we begin. As a side note, if your Overhead Squat leaves a lot to be desired, or you need some work with your mobility, let’s do that instead. We can make this successful for everyone!!!
