SKILL: PULLING + Ring Dips

Back at it with our skill work. Today, we are going to spend some time on the ‘pulling’ section of the chart. That is going to look a bit different for everyone, but we will mostly have people in 2 camps: the strict pull-up camp or the ‘fancy tricks’ camp.

I would say that if you can’t complete 5 strict pull-ups from a dead hang, without coming off of the bar, you should be working on your strict pull-ups. If you are working on strict pull-ups, you will most likely be working on eccentric pull-up drills. If you have strict pull-ups you can do those, too.

In between sets of ‘pulling’ we will also be working the ‘pushing’ motion with strict ring dips. Reps ranges can be determined by you, or I can come up with ideas for you!
