STRENGTH: INCLINE BENCH PRESS (6-6-6)
Let’s bring back this oldie but a goodie, too! We last did the incline bench press in the summer of 2017. In general, your incline bench number will not be the same as your 1 RM number for bench, so for the next four weeks, we will be ‘testing the waters.’ I will have percentages of your 1 RM for bench that you should be able to do your 3 sets at for the incline bench press today. Again, what gets written down gets measured. What gets measured gets managed. What gets managed gets improved.

Heads up! We will have a photographer at the 4:30 and 5:30 pm classes today! We will be using the pictures on the website and for some media projects.
