STRENGTH: FIRST PULL + POWER SNATCH
Let’s shift our focus to the first pull of the snatch! We have also completed this drill before with the the power clean, squat clean and squat snatch, but today we will be using the drill for the power snatch. Let’s talk about the points of performance, body positions and ‘pulls’ for the power snatch. Then, we will warm-up with our good ol’ friend the PVC pipe before we go. Take 15 M to work up to a moderate single. It’s been awhile since we have pulled a snatch from the ground, so just see where you end up!
