300 Slamball Shoulder Rolls (60/40)
200 DB Push Press* (50/35)
100 Burpee Pull-Ups
*DB Push Press reps are 100 R. Arm DB Push Press and 100 L. Arm DB Push Press for a total of 200 reps. Each partner is responsible for half of the reps for each arm (50). How you break them up from there is up to you and your partner.
