Back to it with Wendler Cycle 2. This cycle will also run for 4 weeks. However, this cycle has an added ‘twist.’ Hopefully, you took careful notes on your Cycle 1. If you got every rep and felt awesome the whole cycle, you will be adding 10 pounds to your 1 RM. Using that new ‘assumed’ 1 RM continue to take 90% (training max) and find your calculations for each set from there. We will talk more before we start about different ways to attack this if things did not go according to plan throughout Cycle 1.
