STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (4-4-4)

Let’s get to work with our second week of this strength cycle! This cycle will operate similarly to the Wendler format in terms of working sets being laid out for you at specific percentages. However, you will be operating off of your true 1 RM for all of the weight calculations. The percentages will be laid out on the whiteboard, and we will chat before we go!
