STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (8-8-8)

So, this is de-load week. De-load for a hypertrophy cycle that will be gaining in volume after this week… We will be keeping up with the volume for this de-load (although, it is definitely not as much volume as we have become accustomed to the last 2 weeks) while we de-load the percentage of your 1 RM that we will be moving.

Percentages will be on the board.

How about we start the last week of June off with a Birthday Party?! Today, we will be celebrating Katie Schmidt. She was VERY low maintenance with her requests. All she said was NO WB, Burpees or Snatches. Oh, and she likes AMRAPs. Well, her wishes were my command. Hopefully, she doesn’t mind using the dumbbells?!?
