STRENGTH: Clean Pull + Hang Power Clean

We are making the switch to the clean and jerk. For awhile, while we work through Murph Prep, we are going to be hanging out in ‘power clean land.’ Today, we will be starting slow with a clean pull drill. We will talk through the positions that we want to work through in a clean by using the clean pull. We will combine this drill with a hang power clean.
