Winter feels like it’s on its way out (I probably just jinxed that), so sometime in the future we will be running through the streets of Goodview with smiles on our faces…

Let’s try to build up our aerobic capacity in anticipation! Rowing is a great way to build/maintain your endurance. Today, let’s talk about some rowing tips, tricks and technique. Then, we will get on teams and do a quick 10 M AMMAP (As Many Meters As Possible) switching out people every 250 M.
