As always, reps take priority over percentages.  If you’ve been getting your numbers or have been super close, have at it.  If not, adjust load so you get the reps but it is as close to maximal as possible. Percentages will be listed on the chalk board.

Score is total reps.

*Update: On Wednesday there will be one class, 6:00 am. After that we move. We will not have any classes on Thursday, and will wait to see what classes we will be able to get in on Friday. Hopefully, everything is back to normal by the weekend class-wise.

Also, if you have things at the gym (i.e. in the cubbies, jump ropes, etc..), make sure to take them with you by tomorrow.
